Natasja van Elderen takes us through DISC: "Did you know that you can increase your influence as a person, entrepreneur and leader of the future by aligning your behavior with others? By gaining insight into your own behavioral patterns, you can increase the effectiveness of your own communication. For this I like to use DISC. This is a great tool that provides insight into your own behavioral style and that of others. By better understanding your own behavior, you can not only improve your own communication and decision making. You can also work more effectively with your team and better connect with your target audience. In this knowledge session, I would like to show you how this works and how to make use of it."
