TBI Climate Train: The Great Frustration Game on Sustainability

With "The Great Frustration Game on Sustainability," make the main challenges and frustrations around sustainability discussable in your teams.

The term sustainability is a topic that can be approached from many perspectives. However, the conversation about these perspectives is often lacking. Such a dialogue is crucial for creating concreteness and actually taking steps. How do you make the frustrations and challenges surrounding sustainable construction discussable in a way that is honest, open and even a little lighthearted? And how do you involve different target groups from employees on the construction site to clients and partners in this dialogue?‍

The Great Frustration Game on Sustainability

This serious game was developed on behalf of the TBI Climate Train to make sustainability issues discussable in an accessible and interactive way. It creates support for sustainable policy and behavior within construction companies and chains.

The Great Frustration Game on Sustainability provides a safe setting in which players can share their frustrations and ideas using thought-provoking statements. With hand cards representing different sustainability frustrations, the game challenges people to choose those cards they feel best fit the statement. By defending their choices and voting for what affects them most, a constructive dialogue about what really matters emerges. Everyone's biggest sustainability concerns are discussed in a light-hearted way.

Target

Through the basic set and various expansion sets (included), the game is suitable for (a mix of) different audiences:
