Circle Lab: make work of your sustainable idea or venture

Overview of Circle Lab

* February and March 2025: interest and registration
* April through October 2025: program including collaborative moments
* April 9: the start of the program from 5:30-21:00 p.m.
* October 23, 2025: festive closing event

1. Learning program: whether you already have an idea or not, we will help you get started. Learn entrepreneurship, networking and selling your idea.

2. Network and workspace: get access to our network, a workspace and a manufacturing or storage area to make your ideas a reality

3. Residual streams: get help finding valuable residual streams, sustainable issues and local partners

For whom.

The program is open to people who live and/or work in the Delft area.
There are several possible reasons why you want to participate in Circle Lab:

1. You want to do something for a future with less waste and want to discover what is possible
2. You already have a sustainable idea or business and would like support for growth and professionalization
3. You are active in a residents' initiative or foundation and want to develop it further
4. You work at an SME and want to work with a business team on a circular idea or plan

Good to know: the program is given in Dutch, but if you do not know the Dutch language very well yet - that is no problem for us.

What to expect?

During the program, you will have access to coaching, networking and work and/or make space. During the program there are also five collaborative moments with all Circle Lab participants.

These are the themes:

April: kick-off and introduction (start program: April 9 17:30-21:00)
May: test your key assumptions
June: find partners and clients
September: build a financially healthy business
October: give a rock-solid pitch

In addition, we will do two company visits for additional inspiration. We conclude the program in November with a celebratory closing event to show family, friends and interested parties what you have learned and done.

What we ask of you.

Joining Circle Lab means that you are expected to attend all collaborative moments. These moments take place once a month in the evening. If you are unable to participate due to vacation or illness, we will of course understand.

In addition, we ask you to work on your idea or business at least 4 hours per week, and more is always better, of course. So it is quite possible to start a new idea next to your studies or work.

What we find especially important is that you take the program seriously and want to build an initiative that can last. And of course it may be that at the end of the program you come to the conclusion that it is not possible to continue the initiative. That is possible and part of experimentation, but then you will have tried seriously :)
