For whom.

Circle Lab Masters is for SMEs (10-250 employees) in the Delft region who:

1. Want to make their operations circular or scale up sustainably
2. Want to launch a circular product or service
3. Want to learn from other entrepreneurs and circular frontrunners
4. Want to take concrete circular steps with strategic guidance

‍What toexpect?

‍

During the Circle Lab Masters you will participate in inspiring meetings, intervisions and exclusive company visits. This is the opportunity to put your company on the map as a circular frontrunner and connect with like-minded people. We strive for a select group of 3 to 5 participating organizations from the region, so that we can get in depth with each other.

The Circle Lab Masters program runs parallel to the regular Circle Lab program for circular entrepreneurs/initiators in which 10 to 16 organizations participate. This group offers optimal opportunities for cross-pollination and cooperation in the field of residual flows and circular entrepreneurship. ‍

‍InCircle Lab Masters are covering topics such as:

May: kick-off and circular strategies
June: ecosystem thinking and strengthening your circular network in the region
(cross-fertilization with the parallel Circle Lab program including alumni)
September: circular business models
October: proposition and storytelling for circularity
November: festive closing with the Circular Showdown

Relevant speakers will be invited for the various program components. In addition, each session will consist of a mix of knowledge sharing, actively working on your own business and sparring with other participants.

The program centers on the monthly meetings and beyond that there is room, for those who want, to participate even more intensively in the network.

What do we ask of you?

‍
As an organization, you want to take charge of your circular ambition. The program is an opportunity to deepen your knowledge and expand your network. The success of participation is certainly also in your hands. In the introductory meeting we will go deeper into your ambition and motivation to participate.

Participation in Circle Lab Masters means that 1 or 2 professionals from your organization are present at all collaboration moments. For continuity we request that at least 1 person is present at all sessions.

The collaboration sessions take place once a month. We also ask you to be open to potential deepening and/or cooperation resulting from the program.
